Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Director General Wilkins M Villanueva hands out close to P10 million in cash to 11 informants in a ceremony at the PDEA National Headquarters in Quezon City on Sept. 6, 2022,. The informants, codenamed DREAM, INDAH, AQUAMAN, BRUNO, DATU, JOJO, MASHU, MARVIN, MAMBO, ALI and TIN, tipped off anti-narcotics agents, enabling them to carry out anti-drug operations successfully.
