Hackers are still ruining Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone matches on a daily basis and the issue doesn't appear to be getting any better. Luckily, we live in a world where some of those cheaters expose themselves for us, like Twitch streamer TwistedBear who FORGOT to hide his hacks when he started broadcasting, or a player who openly discussed using cheats for 6 MONTHS on TimTheTatman's stream.
