For Filling -

Jaggery -1/2 cup
Shredded coconut -1/2 cup
Thik milk -1/2 cup (optional)
Salt -1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
For dough :
All purpose flour (Mayda) -1 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Regular oil -1tsp
Egg white - 2pcs
Water ( mix well rest for 10 min)
Egg yolk for garnish
Cook for 30 to 40 min
