Coconut cookies

Recipe to prepare "Coconut Cookies":

Ingredients:
100 gms refined flour/maida
50 gms caster sugar
50 gms butter
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
little dry coconut, cut into small slices and roasted in little clarified butter/ghee

Method:
Take a bowl, and sift refined flour into it.
Add sugar and butter; mix well.
Add desiccated coconut, and knead the dough.
Take out a small (lemon-size) portion of it. Roll it round to a ball. Stick it to the inner wall of a muffin mould. Press a little for design, and take it out. Garnish with a
slice of coconut. Repeat for more cookies with designs of your choice.
Transfer all the cookies to a greased plate.
Bake in the oven preheated at 180 degree, for 20 minutes.
Coconut Cookies are ready to serve.
