Coalgate: Both NDA & UPA under scanner

In a damning attack on licensing policies of various governments, a Parliamentary Committee today (April 23)said the controversial coal block allocations were "unauthorized and illegal" and demanded scrapping of mines where output has not started. The findings of the report have come down heavily on both the UPA and the NDA governments and with both sides put in the dock, who will they pass the buck on to this time?
