Cloud burst kills 3 in Uttarakhand

Cloud burst has been reported from Ghansyali Block in Tehri district of Uttarakhand. Exact village where tragedy took place is Jakhyali. So far three people are feared dead, three people are missing. As per initial reports six to seven houses were washed away. For past forty-eight hours several parts of the state have been witnessing heavy rainfall, leading to critical situation in many parts.
