Climate change is high on world leaders' agendas. The crucial UN talks here in Paris, where the world will try to agree on a global deal on curbing carbon emissions, start in less than two months. One of the sticking questions remains finance: who will pay for developing countries to adapt to a changing climate?
FRANCE 24's Mairead Dundas puts the question to Héla Cheikhrouhou, Executive Director of the Green Climate Fund, the main body reponsible for collecting that money.
