Clicks facing backlash

Clicks is under fire for an advert seen as prejudiced against black natural hair. In an advert The Health and beauty retailer classified black women's hair as dry and damaged while white women’s hair was labelled as normal and fine. They have subsequently apologised but there has been widespread outrage. Clicks Group CEO Vikesh Ramsunder discusses this.
