You are not able to redirect traffic from other people's websites to yours, what it does it creates a new link on your website and "frames" there content on your page.

Then it places your pop-up over that content.

You would then share your own link that you created where you wish: facebook, twitter, youtube, your blog, paid traffic etc. If you look at the example links on the download page it might give you a better idea of how it's doing that. I don't believe anyone would be mad as you are only increasing there traffic.

I've never had anyone complain and it's a pretty common practice to iframe affiliate offers, I've just packaged it up and made it accessible to everyone.
