Cleverly asked to correct record on UNHCR statement
Description
Home Secretary James Cleverly has argued Rwanda is safe as the UNHCR itself "flew over" refugees to the country, in an attempt to cast doubt on the agency's previous criticism of the proposed system.
However, he was later asked to correct the record as the UNHCR has, for many years, operated a transit facility to a third country and did not keep refugees in Rwanda. Report by Alibhaiz. Like us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/itn and follow us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/itn
