Description
A Clearwater, Florida study done in 2001 on how many cars actually stop for pedestrians without marked crosswalks. The result was that only 10% of cars will stop. This means that pedestrians have a 90% chance of being hit by a car in unmarked intersections. Jim Dodson, a Florida Pedestrian Accident lawyer, wants to hold drivers responsible.
