Classic Aglio E Olio Pasta By Arina

Spaghetti aglio e olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish, said to originate traditionally from the region of Abruzzo, although it is popular across the country.

Ingredients:

1 bowl spaghetti, cooked and salted
3-4 leaves fresh basil
2-3 cloves finely chopped garlic
A pinch of black pepper powder
A pinch of red chilli flakes
A pinch of oregano
2 tsp olive oil
