Classes suspended as Typhoon Glenda nears

Various local governments have declared class suspensions in both public and private schools, for Tuesday, July 15 after weather bureau PAGASA raised public storm warning signal no. 1 over Metro Manila as Tropical Storm Glenda (international name: Rammasun) continued to move towards land.
