CJ BREAKS SILENCE AND BLAMES THE DPP

Chief Justice Ivor Archie has broken his silence on the public discourse concerning problems at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. On Friday, Archie pointed fingers at DPP Roger Gaspard, Senior Counsel, for the non-filling of vacancies at his office and a failure to file matters of indictment at the Children's Court.
