CIMB Thai to issue RM2B debt programme

RAM rating services said, CIMB Thai Bank , a 93.7 per cent owned subsidiary of CIMB Bank , will issue up to RM2 billion tier-two sub ordinate debt programme in Malaysia, making it the first Thai bank to do so in Malaysia. The rating agency has placed an AA3/stable final rating on the bank's debt programme.
