CIDG serves subpoena for Bato

The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group on Monday served a subpoena to Sen. Roland "Bato" dela Rosa in his Davao City home as well as his office in the Senate. He was asked to appear before the CIDG on May 14. CIDG chief investigator Police Capt. Larry Ray serves the subpoena for Sen. Ronald dela Rosa requiring him to attend the investigation on extrajudicial killings in Davao City.
