Cia Frizzell - Boxes

i had them all so neatly organized
stowed them away in the boxes in my head
one for friends, one for lovers
one for those that i can have really great conversations with
one for the true love (more of an imaginary box, that one)

and then he comes along
and spills all my boxes
takes one look at the mess on the floor
and bails

and i find myself alone
frantically trying to restore order
