Description

The Chuckle Brothers go to fix the fountain in Mrs. Blenkinsop's garden and of course get very wet - and grubby when the statue's head has to be retrieved from the gutter. They decide to put in new drainpipes which they cut the wrong size but end up with foundations spurting forth water from all over the garden.
