chrystal Henning - cutting

the blade feels sharp
across my shin
the cut so deep
yet so thin
the blood drips away
as does the pain
if i dont die soon
i'll go insane
do you know how it feels
to die inside
the pain eats at you
till you just wanna die
your parents say they love you
you know its just a lie
slowly drift away
then you end up here
pulling the blade
feeling the pain seer
cutting makes me feel better
it lets some of the pain go
the weight lifts off my shoulders
as i let the blood flow
the scares on my wrists
are thin wispy lines
would i be in so much pain
if i didnt cut all the time?
