Christopher Lacomba - the voyager

fixating on past differences bring nothing but problems
these out worldly feelings drive deep into the bone,
for the soul to flourish we need construction,
a building plan of models and views of which we will follow,
to the end I go
these miles are drifting,
passersby become leaves in the wind for I will not stop,
push forward to move backward no this will not happen
no regret never forget and you wont repeat
make your life what it is don’t make it what it was,
for ruts happen time and again but all you need to do is step up
step up and step out,
push on and push through,
these are the choices we make in this dream we call life,
for a dream we work hard at to make a reality,
where all you need to do is wake up,
wake up and see the lies that are laid out before you,
grow up get out move on pick up,
ready, set, go,
life is like a race when all you want to do is drift,
so drift on and pass by don’t work don’t live,
don’t follow me for I make my own path,
I am the voyager.
