Why do we have a thing labeled age?
A number increased when we seemingly change.
The simple statistic runs our lifes more than most know,
Because most abide, like a law they follow.
I have great sorrow for those of today and tomorow...
Is it not how old you feel?
Rather than the number your dealed-
to distract you and keep you in line.
For how many times has a number made you cry, or decide?
Rise above what has been created to ground your time.
Always have mind over sum and you'll never die,
but survive and outlast the ones who stay confined,
with there closed fragile minds.
A number is just a nickname.
Don't let it contaminate!
Rather deteriate, like a plague.
Into nothing but zero.
because you are your own hero!
So follow your heart,
right from the start,
and it will never stop.
I promise.
Time keeps ticking on.
