Ingredients

Base

1 Cup of self-raising flour
1/4 Cup plain flour
1 Cup icing sugar
125 Grams of melted butter

Top

1 Cup of white sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 Cup desiccated coconut
2 Eggs
100 Grams of glazed cherries
