Christina E. Brown - Feelings

An affair that was unexpected and unlikly to be;
But still had taken it's course.
The feelings I have for you, although I'm afraid;
For what we shared I have no remorse.
I find myself thinking of you even more then I should.
I promised myself I wouldn't catch any feelings for you I didn't think I would.
I get butterflies from how you handle me with sensitivity and care.
Afraid to let my feelings show because pain my heart can't bare.
We have so much in common; It's like your my Adam and i'm your Eve.
Paranoid, so I stray from the thought that It maybe God's quest for us to be.
My feelings are getting involved, and a present situation is why you an I can't be. It's a shame because we have an attraction that we share mutuallly.
So we set the status as go with the flow. Remaining as friends until were sure where we want this relationship to go.
For now, I know you care for me and for my heart sake I hope this is true;
Because these feelings I've been expressing; These feelings are for you.
