Chocolate Sponge Cake

Description
Ingredients:
5 eggs
6 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp refined oil/butter
3 tbsp milk
1 cup refined flour/maida
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method:
Break the eggs while separating/filtering out the white and yellow portions.
Beat the white portion in a separate bowl for around 5-7 minutes until creamy.
Take the yellow portion, and add 2 tablespoon caster sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Add oil/butter and beat well.
Add milk and beat again.
Add the yellow mixture to the white mixture, and mix well.
Take a bowl; place a sieve on it, and filter in refined flour/maida, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and 4 tablespoon caster sugar.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes.
Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture little by little, and mix well by stirring until thick, smooth consistency of batter.
Take a mould; grease it well with little oil or butter, then sprinkle in little refined flour/maida and pat it to remove the excess flour.
Stir the batter once, and pour into the mould. Tap the mould gently, and place it in the preheated oven to bake for 20 minutes.
Chocolate Sponge Cake is ready to serve.
