Chocolate Naan Khatai

Description
Ingredients:
3 tbsp refined flour/maida
2 tbsp gram flour/besan
2 tbsp semolina/rawa/suji
1 pinch baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp caster sugar
1-1/2 tbsp melted chocolate
little dark and milk chocolates, cut into small
chips
Method:
Take a bowl, and put in refined flour.
Add in gram flour, semolina, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
Add cocoa powder, and mix again.
Add butter, and mix well.
Add sugar, and mix again.
Add melted chocolate, and knead the dough.
Take out a small (lemon-size) portion of it. Roll it round to a ball.
Flatten a little with your hands. Make small shallow square cuts
with a knife. Garnish with little dark and milk chocolate chips.
Repeat for more nankhatai.
Bake in the oven preheated at 400 degree, for 11 minutes. Flip to
other side, and bake for 6-7 minutes.
Chocolate Nankhatai is ready to serve.
