Ingredients

2 Tablespoons of self raising flour
1 Tablespoon of sugar
1 Tablespoon of cocoa
Half an egg
1.5 Tablespoons of milk
1 Tablespoon of oil
1/4 Teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 Tablespoons of chocolate chips
