chocolate cookies

Recipe to prepare "Chocolate Cookies":

Ingredients:
100 gms refined flour/maida
1 pinch baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
50 gms caster sugar
50 gms butter
little dark chocolate, finely chopped/grated
little milk chocolate, finely chopped/grated

Method:
Take a bowl, and sift in refined flour, baking soda and cocoa powder altogether. Mix well.
Add in sugar, and mix again.
Add butter, and knead well.
Add little dark chocolate and milk chocolate; knead again.
Take out a small (lemon-size) portion of the dough. Roll it round to a ball. Place it on the grater, and press a little to design it. Put it in a greased plate. Repeat for more cookies with designs of your choice.
Bake in the oven preheated at 180 degree, for 20 minutes.
Chocolate Cookies are ready to serve.
