Why wont the tight restriction stop
Tingles of pain, Guilt, anger and shock

I had a slight glimpse, a hint a memory, my stomach and heart combine
Leaping in to my chest getting caught in my throat

Eyes water, with a bitter pain like a knife blade

Cold emptiness,

I know been depressed is a necessity
Without misery there would be no happiness
