Chinese fried rice

CHINESE FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS:

garlic 10 to 12 cloves (chopped)
oil 2 tablespoon
chicken 350g
soya sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon
black pepper 1 tablespoon
green chilli 1 tablespoon or according to your taste
salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
cabbage 1/2 cup
carrot 1/2 cup
peas 1/2 cup
leek 1/2 cup
egg 1
rice 2 1/2 cup (boiled in salted water)

method
follow the video recipe .cook on high temprature .
you can add vegitables of your choice and can add lemon juice as well..
