Description

A great recipe which is a meal in itself and can be done in 7 mins.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ginger Julienned
2 tbsp Garlic Julienned
2.5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
5 cups Cooked Rice
Any vegetable of your choice (I used mushrooms, baby corns, bell pepper)
Can use shredded Chicken, shrimps, scrambled eggs.

Procedure:
1. Heat around 2 Tbsp oil in a wok.
2. Add the ginger and garlic and fry till brown.
3. Toss in the vegetables and mix good.
4. Season with some salt.
5. If using shrimps or chicken, toss them in now.
6. Once vegetables are cooked properly add the soy sauce and give it a good mix.
7. Add the pre-cooked rice and encorporate everything together.

Serve steaming hot.
