The influx of Chinese capital into Korea's Jeju Island is raising concerns about China dominating the local property market. In fact, Chinese land ownership in Jeju doubled last year alone. Korea isn't the only place on the radar for Chinese investors. The rise of Chinese overseas investment is contributing to local economic growth, but drawing criticism about its potentially negative consequences.
