China's Reusable Zhuque-3 Rocket Completed Test Flight
Description
China's reusable Zhuque-3 rocket completed its first test flight. The launcher's stainless steel storage tank could potentially "reduce launch costs by 80 to 90 percent compared to single-use rockets," according to China Central Television.
