China's Facekini creator launches octopus-inspired winter version

Video from China of Facekini inventor Zhang Shifan's new winterwear range, which is shaped like an octopus.

The video, filmed in Qingdao City in Shandong Province on October 12, shows a group of mountaineers trying out the winter facekini.

According to local media, it was made of wool, which can absorb the heat from the sun and block the cold air.

The inspiration for the mask came from an octopus, according to reports.

Zhang's first version of the facekini was aimed as a summer item of clothing to protect people's skin.
