Groups of relatives and victims of the Chilean dictatorship took to the streets in order to protest the request of opposition congressman Ignacio Urrutia to hold a minute of silence for the death of dictator Augusto Pinochet. The demonstrators said that the homage for Pinochet exposes Chile's situation regarding Human Rights violations. teleSUR
