Two years after the tragedy of the Barclays, a young boy lives with his foster family, but not before a murderous doll has been resurrected by the company at Hasbro, to prove to the public that there is nothing wrong with him in the first place. Now, it's up to a young boy to end this nightmare in this sequel to Children's War.
