Children Being Held on Bus

Occurred on February 11, 2020 / Farmington, New York, USA

Info from Licensor: On Tuesday, February 11th our children arrived late from school and we stopped a few feet from the bus stop. We waited, but the bus didn't move. It wasn't until we heard it shut off that we approached the bus. We heard the kids screaming, crying, and banging on the windows. There was no communication, so I began to record. We were concerned because we have not heard anything from the school. Some children were as young as 5 years old on this bus!
