Child Chases Car Through Abandoned Carpark

Info from Licensor: "I witnessed a child running across an abandoned parking lot and then noticed that the child was chasing a vehicle. The child was screaming and crying while chasing this vehicle and the vehicle constantly pulled off away from the child. When the child caught up with the vehicle and tried to get in, the car continuously pulled away from the Child. Eventually, he was able to get in the car and the vehicle pulled off."
