Info from Licensor: "In this video is my Chihuahua named Leon. He was born in October of 2014. We have had him neutered, and just recently had his teeth cleaned and 6 of them removed due to him having not shed his baby teeth so he had two rows of teeth in his little mouth. Needless to say, there is no way I can brush his teeth properly due to him constantly trying to bite the toothbrush."
