Chicken Pahadi Tikka

Ingredients:
For Marination:
4 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
4 tbsp mint leaves
4-5 garlic cloves
1/4 inch ginger, sliced
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp curd/yoghurt
4 green chillies
1/2 inch cinnamon, freshly grated
1 tsp red chilli flakes
300 gms chicken breast
1/2 tsp vinegar/lemon juice
1 pinch blackpepper powder
For Tikka:
1/2 tsp butter
1 tbsp cornflour
Method:
For Marination:
Take a bowl; add coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, salt, curd/yoghurt, green chillies, cinnamon and red chilli flakes. Grind the mixture in a mixer/grinder. Green marinade is ready.
Take chicken breast; cut into half and take out the boneless portion. Cut boneless portion into medium pieces.
Put the pieces in a bowl; add vinegar/lemon juice and mix it.
Add blackpepper powder, and mix again.
Add marinade, and mix well.
Keep in refrigerator/fridge for around 1/2 hour to marinate.
For Tikka:
Take out the marinated chicken from refrigerator/fridge, and mix once.
Add butter, and mix again.
Add cornflour, and mix well with your hand.
Take a skewer, and hook all the chicken pieces on to it.
Grill for around 10 minutes. Give stand-by time of 5 minutes.
Remove all the grilled pieces in a plate.
Chicken Pahadi Tikka is ready to serve.
