Chicken manchurian

Ingredients

Chicken boneless: ½ kg
Garlic paste: 4 tbsp
Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
Chilli flasks: 1 tbsp
Chilli powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tbsp or as desire
Chicken Stock: ½ kg
Corn flour: 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup: 2 cups
Sugar : 4 tbsp
Egg: 1
All purpose flour: ½ cup
Garlic chopped: 8-10
Ginger Julienne: A small piece
Vinegar: 4 tbsp
Oil: ½ cup

Method
In a bowl ,add boneless chicken
Add ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes and salt as desired
Add an egg
Add all purpose flour
Add water, mix well, rest a side
In a pan, add oil ,heat the oil
Add marinated chicken and fry until golden brown and tender
Rest the fried chicken aside
In a pot,add oil, heat the oil
Add chopped garlic and ginger, Fry for two to three minutes
Add chicken stock
Add chilli flasks, sugar and vinegar
Add ketchup
Add salt as desire
Add dissolve cornflour mix well cook until thickened
Add fried chicken into the gravy, mix gently
Cover up and cook for 4-5 minutes
Garnish with fresh green chillies
Serve with rice
