Chicken Hotshot

Ingredients:
For chicken marination:
400 to 500 grams boneless chicken
1 to 2 tsp red chilli powder
1 to 2 tsp garlic powder
1 to 2 tsp salt
1 to 2 tsp black pepper
1 to 2 tbsp mustard paste
1 to 2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp backing soda

For wet batter:
2 eggs
1 to 2 tbsp cornflour
1 to 2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup milk

For coating:
300 gram crushed plain corn flakes

For Finalization:
Long Slider buns
Mayo(as per taste)
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Lettuce
Red chilli flakes

Recipe:
Add all the spices in boneless chicken, mix well.Make the wet batter with the above mentioned ingredients and add it to marinated chicken. Coat this Chicken with the crushed plain corn flakes and set them aside.In an air fryer place these chicken pieces for 6 to 8 mins on each side at 300 Fahrenheit.Take the slider buns sprinkle them with shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder,chilli flakes and put them in the air fryer for 3 to 5 mins at 250 Fahrenheit.Take the air fried slider buns out of the air fryer and spread mayo on each side. Place the air fried chicken hotshots, lettuce,mayo on the slider buns.Enjoy!
