Chibber report raises concerns

In a report that raises serious concerns about the Planning Commission, the Independent Evaluation Office has recommended that the plan body be replaced with a new think tank calling the planning commission a control commission, the Chibber panel has accused the plan body of exceeding the scope of its authority.
