God are you there
Listening to me pray
Praying that a shooter
Won't come to school today
Praying that a plane
Won't crash into the ground
Praying that the lost
Are soon safely found
Praying that a car
Won't blow up next to me
Praying that the waves
Will stay calmly in the sea
Praying that I'll wake up
And not die in my sleep
Praying that my heart will heal
And the hole won't go so deep
God are you there
Listening to me pray
Cause I cant seem to get a grip
And live my life today
