Chestmate Dovetail Jig

Make dovetails on 1/2" to 1" thick wood simply by cutting slots in a guide board which is then used for indexing. The guide board serves as a backer board and can be reused for future projects. The pin guide is adjustable to fine tune the dovetail joint fit. Kit includes dovetail jig, indexing guide, pin guide and detailed instructions. Please note; Chestmate requires the use of the following popular router accessories: a 5/8" x 1/2" template bushing which fits in any 6" diameter router base, a 3/4" 14° dovetail bit to cut the tails and a 5/16" straight bit to cut the pins, all sold separately. This kit works great with dovetail bits 134-1205 or 134-0805 and straight bit 102-0562.
