I walk inside you
like the soul night
Blessed and charred,
I sleep awake
Waiting for the spiked sunshine to
mine youth jewels, divinity
unpolished in these eyes
that did not budge to
meet the cool blue solitude
of mountains
You continue to step into
the parlor of my image
while I live in the warmth
of blood, bone and flesh
I cradle in my arms
Suave manner of your awakening
I say your name to my face
words flowering in my mouth,
crisp between my teeth
Our gazes toasting to royal silence.
