I embrace my only day
which is night and welcome
my place in the stars. The heavens
in its certainty, like your arms:
the eternal comforts
volatile love, parcel by parcel
become whole
be one whole body
and your spirit, wandering
incese in my pulmonary
the smoke is a font dancing
in and out, against the wild moon

I'm conscious of your wide-wake,
that if I let go,
I might die without the
soul of your touch

So hold me as
if there's
not enough of
me to
hold on to.
