Cheesy Methi Omelette

Description
Ingredients:
1 tbsp refined oil
2 eggs
1 tsp garam masala
1 pinch salt
1-1/2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2-1/2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 green chilli, chopped
1 cup fenugreek leaves, chopped
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 pinch coriander powder
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Meanwhile, break the eggs into a bowl; add in 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, salt, 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 tablespoon onion and green chilli.
Spread the heated oil (in pan) evenly.
Add in 1 tablespoon garlic, and saute lightly.
Add 2 tablespoon onion, and saute well.
Meanwhile, beat the egg mixture.
Add 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves to the sauteed onion; stir and saute it.
Add 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves to the egg mixture; beat again and add 1 tablespoon cheese.
Add 1 tablespoon cheese to the sauteed mixture in pan, and let it melt.
Add in turmeric powder, coriander powder and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. Mix well and cook on low flame for a while.
Beat the egg mixture again; pour it in the pan and spread evenly.
Cover the pan, and let cook for around 1 minute.
Uncover, and flip to other side.
Cover the pan again to cook the omelette on other side.
Put off the flame, and Cheesy Methi Omelette is ready to serve.
