CHEESY BITES

INGREDIENTS:

for pizza dough:
you need.
flour : 2 cups
salt : 2 teaspoons
extra virgin olive oil : 1 1/2tablespoon
active dry yeast : 1packets
sugar : 1teaspoon
water : as needed

for pizza sauce
tomato paste 1 cup
garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
dried basil 1 teaspoon
oil 1 tablespoon

for pizza topping
mozzarella shredded
fresh mozzarella
sausages
bell pepper
olives
and
one egg for egg wash

DIRECTIONS:
pour 1/2 cup warm water in a bowl and sprinkle yeast and let stand for five minutes now add sugar in it
mix flour salt olive oil and this yeast mixture and make a dough by adding a little more water as needed.
cover it with cling film and set aside for at least one hour untill dough has doubled in size.
put all the ingredients of pizza sauce in a pan and cook them untill you get a smooth paste...let it cool down before spreading on your pizza.
make your pizza following video recipe .
bake it in pre-heated oven for 10 to 12 minutes .
