Cheese Chilli Garlic Sandwich

Recipe to prepare "Cheese Chilli Garlic Sandwich":

Ingredients:
1. green chillies (sauted in oil and chopped) - 4
2. garlic (chopped) - 2 cloves
3. capsicum (chopped) - 1
4. green chutney - 2 tablespoons
5. bread - 2 slices
6. butter - 1 tablespoon
7. salt - 1 pinch
8. cheese (grated) - 1 tablespoon

Procedure:
1. to prepare filling:
a. take chopped capsicum in a bowl
b. add chopped garlic
c. add chopped (sauted) green chillies
2. take 2 bread slices
3. apply chutney on one slice, and butter on another slice
4. layer the filling on the buttered slice, and sprinkle a pinch of salt and some cheese on it
5. cover the filling with another (chutney) slice
6. grease the outer surface of the sandwich with some butter, and grill it
