Coach McQueen owner of Myosource Kinetic Bands takes this Cheerleader through a series of exercises to warm up and stretch the Hamstrings, Quadriceps - Thigh muscles, I.T. Band, Groin and Inner thigh, Glutes - Buttocks and Hips.
Proper stretching will help cheerleaders increase flexibility and help reduce the risk of injury
It is essential for all cheerleaders to stretch and warm-up before every practice and competition. Stretching before a practice or competition will help improve jumps, stunts, and tumbling.
